Bonta Gelato is accepting applications for roles on three teams:

  • Scoop Shops – Jobs at Bonta scoop shops are perfect for people who enjoy interacting with customers, and nothing beats serving up scoops of goodness. Scoopers serve gelato, ring up customers, and open and close the shops. You must be at least 16 years old to apply; prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required. Compensation starts at $14.70/hour and includes participation in our tip pool, which often exceeds $8/hour in the summer months.
  • Kitchen / Production – The Production team at Bonta makes every scoop of our award-winning gelato from scratch. Production team members must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment and able to lift up to 40 pounds. You must be at least 18 years old to apply; prior experience in a commercial kitchen or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Compensation starts at $16/hour and includes participation in our tip pool, which often exceeds $8/hour in the summer months.
  • Delivery / Warehouse – Our delivery and warehouse team keeps Bonta running and gets the scoops from our Creamery to customers across Central Oregon. Delivery and warehouse team members must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be comfortable working in walk-in freezers, and be available to work shifts that begin as early as 6a in the summer months. You must be at least 18 years old to apply; prior experience in a warehouse or driving a forklift is a plus but not required. Compensation starts at $21/hour.
